Finn Schioldan and Ian Morris bring decades of enterprise software expertise to Entuity to continue expanding strategic worldwide sales and support efforts
Boston, USA – London, UK – (October 12, 2016) — Entuity®, an all-in-one network management software provider, announced today the appointments of Finn Schioldan and Ian Morris to the positions of vice president of global sales and vice president of customer services, respectively.
Finn, who previously managed Entuity’s EMEA sales team, will be responsible for capitalizing on the increasing interest in Entuity to accelerate growth as the company expands its product line, which includes the SurePath module for fast and accurate network path discovery. He will lead both direct and indirect global sales channels through Entuity partners, such as BMC Software, Dell and Oracle. Finn brings to Entuity 25 years in the Financial Services IT industry driving sales, account management and the development of strategic relationships with organisations, such as PwC, Deloitte, Barclays, HSBC and Bank of England. Finn comes to Entuity most recently from SunGard Financial Systems (now FIS), where he held the position of Vice President, Head of Account Management and Sales for Asset Management in EMEA. Here Finn developed and executed sales strategy, acquired new clients, and consistently exceeded annual team sales and personal targets. Before that, Finn held several senior sales positions with companies such as Interactive Data (now Intercontinental Exchange) and Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters).
Ian, a senior team member at Entuity for over 16 years, will complement his previous responsibilities around customer support, professional services and IT support with an additional focus on customer closeness. Ian brings 35 years of enterprise software experience in the areas of network management, software design and development, customer education, and internal IT operations. Prior to joining Entuity, Ian was a Product Specialist for IBM Global Services, where he was responsible for delivering a call-centre application for a national telecommunications company.
Entuity CEO Ira Gerard commented: “The September release of Entuity version 16.5, featuring the SurePath application discovery module, along with a game changing multitenancy solution for MSPs and system integrators, marks an exciting time at Entuity. To have Finn and Ian take on additional responsibilities allows the momentum to continue as Entuity expands its network management footprint worldwide.”
The Entuity cloud-ready, enterprise-class network management suite supersedes disjointed tools and is a superior alternative to expensive, high maintenance, out-of-date solutions. Entuity’s comprehensive automation capabilities and immense scalability make Entuity the industry’s most effective, robust and accurate source of actionable network insight.
“The strong international presence of Entuity provides a powerful network management solution across the corporate landscape from higher education institutions to the biotechnology field,” said Finn Schioldan. “With the release of Entuity 16.5, we continue to cater to a full range of network sizes and structures while providing deep insight into crucial network information. The strength of the platform, the fact it’s cloud and hybrid ready and its high level of automation raises Entuity above the competition.”
“Entuity’s commitment to our customers and partners is unparalleled in an industry that often loses touch with consumer needs as technology changes so rapidly,” said Ian Morris. “The customer closeness project is just one of many ongoing efforts to ensure that our customers utilize the full power of this robust and scalable solution in a manner that suits their particular network management needs”
