As president and CEO, Steve leads the company’s vision, levering his extensive experience in senior leadership roles to oversee all company operations and drive an even more customer-centric culture. His understanding of global markets, strategic partnerships and software development keep Entuity at the forefront of innovation.
Woodard brings an outstanding record of business success to Entuity with more than 20 years of achievements in guiding sales, marketing, development, service and support organizations. He excels at maximizing organizational competencies to achieve increased sales growth, market presence, customer experience and profitability.
As CTO at Entuity, Lee works closely with the CEO to help guide the company’s product strategy, and oversee the people and processes that ultimately turn that strategy into reality, ensuring that Entuity continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions to its customers.
Lee has more than 20 years of experience in the networking and communications industry. Prior to joining Entuity, Lee worked for 3Com Corp. to design and develop their Network Management software, during which time he added several patents to the company’s portfolio. He also gained critical first-hand experience supporting the corporate network and overall IT infrastructure at Nuclear Electric, and has a Bsc in IT and Computer Science.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Ira Gerard brings Entuity over 25 years experience in financial and systems roles.
While CFO at Mercator, Ira led the company through initial and secondary public offerings as the company grew from $16 million to $140 million. Ira also functioned as CFO of Dataline Corporation and Adage Systems International, both rapidly growing computer software companies. In addition, Ira has served as CFO of Gestetner PLC’s U.S. and Canadian operations as well its London-based parent. He has also held Vice President positions with Citibank and American Airlines.
Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Laurie Azaria Klausner drives all aspects of our worldwide marketing strategy. Laurie focuses on the development and execution of Entuity’s go-to-market strategy including digital marketing, channel marketing, demand generation and corporate communications. Laurie brings expertise in global marketing programs and a deep understanding of the strategy needed to successfully implement organizational initiatives.
Most recently, Laurie was the VP of Marketing at Biscom, responsible for marketing across all products and services. She helped launch an enterprise security product that enabled a new revenue stream to complement the existing solution portfolio. Before joining Biscom, Laurie held executive roles at a number of tech companies including Jibunu and Ipswitch. Laurie has a B.A. degree in English from Tulane University and a M.S. degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley College.
Vice President, Customer & Technical Services
As VP of Services, Ian Morris manages Entuity’s Support and Professional Services operations comprising on and off-site technical support, system deployments and integrations, training, device-support configuration and bespoke software customization.
Ian has more than 25 years’ experience of design, development and support of enterprise class software. Following an engineering education at Imperial College London, he commenced his career programming Computer Aided Design software within the Oil and Process Engineering sectors. Before joining Entuity, he had been employed in various software development roles ranging from a hot-failover market-data feed for Nomura Bank’s trading floor to a service desk application for IBM/Telstra. Ian also helped develop and market intelligent Computer Engineering Drawing viewing software for companies including Shell, Huntsman Chemicals, Sabic Petrochemicals and Dow Corning.
