Our sales are increasing, and we are expanding our sales force. We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team and drive new business opportunities throughout North America. You’ll be prospecting and developing your territory by selling directly to end-users in commercial, state and local government, education, and non-profit accounts. You’ll sell a technologically advanced infrastructure solution with a great ROI, strong customer base, and a product with the fastest time to deploy in the industry. You’ll work the entire sales pipeline, along with our business development team, from nurture to closing business. We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling software
  • Personal record of closing new business, driven and motivated to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of key accounts, contacts, and professional selling programs
  • The ability to develop a prospect list, build a pipeline of opportunities and close business
  • Utilize Salesforce and metrics to measure your progress and report to senior sales management

Candidate Overview

Entuity is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their expanding team. This role will primarily be covering EMEA. Candidates will be required in the London office on a regular basis, and it would be ideal that the candidate be located within one to two hours from London and also be prepared to travel to EMEA on an occasional basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining in-depth functional and technical knowledge of network management solutions and integration with leading network device vendors
  • Define requirements for and drive onsite Proof of Concept and Proof of Value engagements to closure
  • Perform tailored onsite and online product demonstrations – target audiences include end users, IT staff, Business Analysts and Senior Executives
  • Working with the professional services and development teams to ensure the best solution is offered to the customer base
  • Perform end user training sessions

Requirements:

  • Ideally a graduate in computer sciences
  • 2+ years experience within the network performance and analytics sector (or similar sector)
  • Implementation experience with network management software environments a plus

As an Entuity Sales Engineer, you will actively drive and manage the functional and technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and functional product advocate. We are looking for a team player, technical advisor, and relationship builder. If you have the aptitude to actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stages of the sales process and present technical value and concepts to both business and technical audiences, we are looking to help you advance those talents.

Here is what we expect from the Sales Engineer

  • Partner with Account and Channel Executives to achieve defined sales goals.
  • Propose technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities.
  • Design and deliver high quality Proof of Concepts for prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight Entuity solution value proposition.
  • Demonstrate integrations in customer/partner environments.

  • Understanding of network and information management including the competitive landscape, other solutions available/general understanding of other players in the market.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT/AIOps space.

Inside Sales Rep – North America

Essential Job Functions and Tasks

The Inside Sales Rep – North America plays a key role in achieving Entuity’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a member of our marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads. They must be highly motivated and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, such as inbound marketing leads and prospect lists. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! This position does not close sales: the focus is on qualifying leads that are then passed to our sales team. The candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to qualify prospects and discuss how they can add value to their business with our software solutions and services. Metrics will be used to measure effectiveness of all aspects of the role.

Scope of the Position

Reporting to the VP of Worldwide Marketing, the Inside Sales Rep – North America is expected to:

  • Communicate our message clearly about how Entuity adds value to businesses
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, track metrics on all opportunities
  • Follow up on and qualify leads, then route opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by understanding their needs and requirements
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Work in lock-step with the marketing and sales teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals. Provide clear feedback on lead channels to ensure we maximize efforts to get the best opportunities in front of the sales executives
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged and processes are followed

Essential Skills and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you will have the following education, skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience in the software industry is preferred
  • 3-5 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM) essential

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development executive to drive Entuity’s partner development and sales in the Americas. Reporting to the CEO, this executive is a key member of the senior management team, and s/he will be expected to develop and grow a team as appropriate given the attainment of growth objectives. The VP, Direct and Channel Development will identify and recruit new business partners while further enhancing and growing existing relationships. This executive will be an experienced and highly motivated strategic business development professional who understands what is required to grow partners and customers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and recruit partners in the Americas. Manage these partners on an ongoing basis and ensure that localized needs and requirements are met appropriately.
  • Identify, create, and execute strategic plans that will drive growth for the Entuity Global Partners within their unique
  • Develop an overall go-to-market plan to identify opportunities and partners consistent with Entuity objectives, with partners in all
  • Meet or exceed all revenue targets.
  • Develop and provide regular forecasting and account management
  • Understand and communicate the business value and ROI of Entuity’s products and solutions to partners and
  • Develop robust and lasting business relationships at all levels in each key partner
  • Execute campaigns and partner programs, working closely with Entuity’s VP of Worldwide Marketing.
  • Follow up on all leads supplied.
  • Be the central point of contact for partners and work on their behalf with all other functional departments within
  • Develop a playbook for onboarding new partners, including all contractual, education and ongoing support.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software sales as well as business development through partners and alliances with proven results.
  • Demonstrated record of success managing Partner development, with specific experience in the Americas.
  • Will have an appropriate understanding of and sensitivity to cultures and business
  • Should have experience in Value Based Selling.
  • Experience with sales and implementation of network management, application monitoring and management, and infrastructure a plus, although not an absolute requirement.
  • The selected candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as problem solving and overall leadership skills
