Tim Pearson brings over 35 years of experience as an IT leader in positions ranging from software and business development through executive management. Tim currently sits on the board of a several other tech companies as a non-exec director. As CEO of RM plc, Tim orchestrated a turnaround and developed a range of new revenue streams, increasing profits and changing the business model. Tim was previously chairman of Updata Infrastructure limited until its successful sale to Capita plc in 2014, he is also a director of an education not for profit company.

Pieter Hooft, Board Director, Entuity

Pieter Hooft

Partner, Cadence Equity Partners

Pieter is a co-founder of Cadence Equity Partners which is focused on investing in UK growth companies in the applied technology sector. He has over 20 years’ investment experience in both established and emerging companies in the UK and Europe across the IT, Business Services, Media, Consumer and Industrial sectors.

Previously, Pieter headed LMS capital plc’s UK investment team for 10 years which formulated the strategy that is now continued at Cadence Equity Partners. Prior to this, he worked at JP Morgan Partners, Apax Partners and Botts. Pieter started his career at Bain & Company following a stint as a watch officer in the Dutch Navy. He holds additional restructuring experience from his previous position as Chairman of Germany’s second largest fitness club chain. Pieter holds a Business degree from Nijenrode in The Netherlands and HEC Paris. He is fluent in Dutch, French and German and speaks conversational Spanish.

Managing Director, Saffron Hill Ventures

Shawn Luetchens is a Managing Director at Saffron Hill Ventures. Prior to founding Saffron Hill, Shawn worked as an investment principal for Tribune Ventures where he invested in seed stage through pre-IPO round financings for digital media, infrastructure, and commerce companies. Shawn served on the Board of four Tribune portfolio companies and established Tribune’s first seed stage financing. From 1991-1994 Shawn worked for a private consulting firm based in Washington, DC where he managed technology development research projects focused on the development and financing of emerging technologies. Earlier in his career, Shawn worked as a Senior Project Manager for the US EPA managing multi-million dollar technology research, design, and construction projects.
Shawn earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s J L Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Physical Sciences from the University of Nebraska.

Pardip is an Investment Director in the Gresham House Strategic Equity Division and is responsible for sourcing and supporting both public and private equity transactions across a range of sectors.
Pardip has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant with KPMG where she spent time in Audit, Transaction Services and Global Tax Advisory.
Previously Pardip worked at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where Pardip assumed Board positions on uSwitch (Price Comparison Website) and Bluestone (Financial Services).
